"FindInstructors.DrivingLessons4U" refers to the business and people running this "Website";
"Website" refers to the internet web site and service provided by "FindInstructors.DrivingLessons4U";
"Instructors" refers to anyone who has registered to place their profile on the "Website";
"Clients" refers to anyone browsing the website pages or using its services, including anyone using the "Website" to contact a "Instructor".
Using any service on the "FindInstructors.DrivingLessons4U" Instructor "Website", constitutes an agreement and understanding binding you, the "Client" or "Instructor" to agree to and adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of terms

All "Website" users ("Clients" and "Instructors") must read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this "Website" when contacting a "Instructor" advertising on this "Website" or registering your profile should you be a "Instructor". If these the Terms and Conditions are not read, understood and agreed to, a "Instructor" should not be contacted, or your "Instructor" profile be published.

You (All "Website" users) agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.

You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement.

Modification

FindInstructors.DrivingLessons4U reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

FindInstructors.DrivingLessons4U has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

Limitation of liability

"Instructor" email addresses and passwords will not be disclosed and held in highly secure encrypted form.

Instructors

  1. "Instructors" placing their profiles on this "Website" must be aged 18 or over and be fully qualified as a driving instructor in the United Kingdom
  2. "Instructors" agree not to use this service for any illegal or unlawful purpose
  3. "Instructors" agree that their password will not be disclosed to any other person
  4. "Instructors" agree to arrange fee payment directly from the Clients
  5. "Instructors" registering on the "Website" agree to provide truthful content in their profile
  6. "Instructors" agree to reply directly to "Client" enquiries
  7. "Instructors" registering on the "Website" must guarantee that information given does not contravene any legislation governing the provision of service or advertising of goods
  8. "Instructors" must not have a criminal record
  9. "Instructors" must be a resident of the United Kingdom and have a permanent residential address in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland
  10. "Instructors" profile must not contain any content with potential to offend - eg: racist, obscene, defamatory, sexist, prejudiced or abusive
  11. "Instructors" may alter their profiles at any time by using the Instructor Administration system on the "Website" and are entirely responsible for the content of their own profile.
  12. "Instructors" registering on the "Website" agree not to abuse this service
  13. "Instructors" may cancel or suspend their registration at any time via the Instructor Administration System available on the "Website" but be aware that cancelling their registration will be subject to the delay mentioned in the Administration system prior to all information being removed from the website (contact details are removed immediately), and an undetermined period where content is indexed on other websites (not under our control) such as search engines.
  14. "Instructors" accept sole responsibility in checking the credibility and true requirements of a "Client"
  15. "Instructors" agree that using the "Website" is at "Sole Risk"
  16. "Instructors" agree that "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" are exonerated from any costs or liability resulting from losses, expenses, damages or violation incurred using this service
  17. "Instructors" agree not to pass on any information about "Clients" to any third party (person, business or website, mailing list)
  18. "Instructors" agree that the "Clients" email address and phone number will only be used for the purposes of arranging instructoring lessons. No unsolicited contact may be made with the "Client"
  19. "Instructors" are not employed by "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" and are responsible for paying their own income tax, National Insurance contributions and any other fees such as insurance in relation to their services
  20. The "Instructors" profile will not be shown on the "Website" until "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" have approved the application
  21. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" reserves the right to edit "Instructors" profiles
  22. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" reserves the right to remove or alter "Instructors" profiles without notice or giving a reason
  23. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held responsible for non-payment by "Clients"
  24. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held responsible for inappropriate or illegal behaviour of "Clients"
  25. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held responsible for false, misleading, illegal or libellous "Client" enquiries
  26. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held accountable legally or otherwise, without limitation for the use and content of the "Website" where content has been provided or uploaded by a Third-Party (eg. a "Instructor" or a Hacker)
  27. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held responsible for errors or delays in publication of advertisements and amendments to "Instructors" profiles
  28. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" reserve the right to refuse any registration or remove an advertisement without giving a reason
  29. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held responsible for "Client" refunds or with-held payments to "Instructors"

Clients

  1. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held responsible for misleading, false or illegal information on "Instructors" profiles
  2. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held responsible for the inappropriate or illegal behaviour of "Instructors"
  3. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held responsible for "Client" refunds or with-held payments to "Instructors"
  4. "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" cannot be held accountable legally or otherwise, without limitation for the use of and content of the "Website" where content has been provided or uploaded by a Third-Party (eg. a "Instructor" or a Hacker)
  5. "Clients" agree to pay any "Instructor" directly for any tuition lessons or meeting arranged
  6. "Clients" agree to make only genuine enquiries when contacting a "Instructor"
  7. "Clients" utilising the "Website" agree not to abuse the "Website"
  8. "Clients" agree that "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" are exonerated from any costs or liability resulting from expenses, losses, violation or damages incurred using the Website
  9. "Clients" agree not to use the "Website" for any unlawful or illegal purpose
  10. "Clients" agree that utilising the service of the "Website" is at "Sole Risk"
  11. "Clients" accept sole responsibility in checking and accepting the suitability, credibility, qualifications and Police Clearance of the "Instructor" when entering into a instructorial agreement/commitment.

Third parties

The "Website" may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.

Any views and opinions stated in "Instructor" profiles are not necessarily those of "findinstructors.drivinglessons4u".

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Governing law and jurisdiction

"findinstructors.drivinglessons4u" abides by the Law and will provide information, if requested to Police and Government Departments.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
